I'm Teemu Lehto — a visual designer and filmmaker based in Helsinki.
My background in filmmaking and graphic design allows me to blend storytelling with composition and rhythm — giving stories space to breathe in an era of information overload.
Over the years, I’ve worked with brands like Microsoft, Spotify, Shopping Centre Itis, and Nokia, alongside cultural and artistic projects. In 2016, I founded Ultraviolet Friend — a creative studio based in Helsinki, focused on crafting bold, story-driven visuals across film, design, and immersive experiences.
In 2025, I graduated as a yoga teacher, which deepened my understanding of the body–mind connection and transformed the way I direct and collaborate. A well-structured production and a well-led yoga class follow the same principles — both rely on execution, flow, awareness, and presence.
When designing anything — whether it’s with a team or for an audience — the core is understanding the experience of others. That comes first. The eye-candy comes after.
